Campbell’s Tomato Soup with Basil & Oregano
This gluten free, dairy free Tomato Soup is a great staple to have in the cupboard.
I have found it difficult at times to find lunch recipes, so I wanted to share another potential quick meal.
The instructions on this soup say to add 1 full can of water. I found the soup to be a bit thin. but I don’t think changing that to a milk alternative like almond milk would have changed the consistency. Not the same way adding cream would have thickened the soup a bit.
This soup is perfect for adding to other recipes that you are making, especially Italian recipes like a spaghetti sauce, because it already includes basil and oregano.
