This gluten free, dairy free guacamole is a super quick recipe when you just want to throw some tasty guac together for a quick snack.
If you like some heat feel free to use hot salsa or add a few dashes of hot sauce.
¼ cup medium salsa
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop the avocado out using a spoon and chop into small pieces.
Transfer avocado to a bowl and mash with a fork until no large chunks remain.
Add in the salsa and stir to combine.
Use as part of another dish or serve with a side of corn nacho chips.
