Chicken Shish Kabobs

These gluten free, dairy free Chicken Shish Kabobs are a delicious summer meal when you don’t want to heat up the kitchen.  If you wanted to make these in the winter you can use the oven at 375°F/190°C and cook them until the chicken is cooked through.

If you can cut up the chicken and let it sit in the marinade for a few hours or overnight in the fridge that will give the chicken great flavour.

I liked to use aluminum BBQ trays when cooking shish kabobs because it makes it easier if anything falls off the skewer.

You can really use any vegetables you have on hand when making shish kabobs.
